Because we live in such a hyper-sensitive culture, I have been "asked" by people in a position to cause me economic harm to include a disclaimer on this blog. Fine. Even though I'm fairly careful not to mention specific names, I might slip sometime and invite some opportunistic lawsuit (though it seems very highly unlikely -- nobody reads this blog anyway), so I guess it is in my best interest to put this in writing:
